Sushi for Two

Tai held Cassidy's hand taking her into the Sushi shop. Walking over to one of the empty tables with her. He sat down across from her watching her silently, confused deeply by her abrupt shift in personality.

Cassidy plays with a strand of her hair. She was humming something familiar. Her eyes seem to completely change.

A waitress came handing them both menus., smiling poliely.

Tai watched Cassidy unsure of where he'd heard the song before but knew he'd heard it. Tai frowned deeply notticing her eyes had changed completly

Cassidy looks over the menu. Her hair fell over her face. She looks up at him, her facial expression bored and her eyes darker as she stares at him.

"What?" Tai asked looking up at her confused. He set his menu down.

Cassidy shrugs. "I dunno." Her eyes no longer blue but in a deep gray color. "Why does it matter?" She plays with the chopsticks in her fingers. She studies his reaction.

"Because I care" Tai replied gauging her reaction. Before turning back to his menu.

"More like you took pity," said Cassidy. She also turns back to her menu. "...tell me what's on your mind?" She asks waiting for his answer.

"Pity? Where do you get Pity?" Tai said completly missing her question she'd asked. He was astounded that she thought he was pitying her.

"Hm." she said, waiting for the waitress to come back to take their order. She looks at him curious wondering if he notices the change in her mood. She felt different and a part of her didn't like the feeling.

Tai had notticed her change in mood and really didn't like it. Tai looked up when the waitress returned giving her his order.

Cassidy asks for some plain rice and sushi. Her eyes shifts back to normal.

The waitress nodded leaving.
Tai took a sip of his tea, wincing slightly as he moved his shoulder

"Do you ever feel like someone is watching you?" she asks. "Like someone is in your head." She plays with the chopsticks, trying to ease her nervousness.

Cassidy shook her head. "I mean like evil. I always feel this dark presence around me..." Her eyes hold worry and fear. "Like someone is mocking saying 'You can't hide...'

Tai lookedup at her worried. "Yeah..." he said looking at her worried.

She gets up. "I have to go to the bathroom...I'll be back..." She leaves in a hurry.

Cassidy was in the bathroom for a long time, she slides down on the tile wall. She saw darkness in her eyes unable to move. 'Help..."

Tai became worried for cassidy.

She became frantic. "Help!" she screams out before passing out.

Tai found her bringing her back, setting her down at the table "Cassidy" he said worried.
